What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including: stitching or seam failures, zipper or hardware defects (including YKK components), issues with the PackLock™ attachment system, and structural defects that impact functionality. If something fails due to how it was made - not how it was used - we’ll make it right. At our discretion, Savior Products, Inc. will:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace the product,

  • Provide store credit, or

  • Provide a refund

What’s Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear (scuffs, abrasions, fading, etc.); cosmetic damage that does not affect performance; damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper use; damage from accidents, neglect, or modifications; unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations; or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Please include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Our team typically responds within 1–3 business days with next steps.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savior Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of NESTPAX products. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
