If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amount. We are not responsible for errors or issues caused by third-party payment providers.

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, or

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Returns and warranty claims are subject to our posted policies. Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Product issues are covered under our “Built to Last” Guarantee (5-Year Limited Warranty). Please review those pages for full details.

All content on this site - including logos, product names, designs, images, text, and graphics - is the property of Savior Products, Inc. and may not be used without permission. This includes: NESTPAX branding, PackLock™ System, product designs, and imagery.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content. You confirm that you have the right to share that content. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
