Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer carrier-calculated shipping at checkout so you can choose the option that works best for you.

Available options include:

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 2nd Day Air

  • UPS Next Day Air

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

All orders ship from Olathe, KS 66062, USA.

Shipping Schedule

Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Orders placed by 10:00 AM CST on Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We support delivery to:

  • Residential and commercial addresses

  • PO Boxes (via USPS)

  • APO/FPO military addresses

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier and marked as delivered, NESTPAX is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If an issue occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier:

  • UPS shipments → file with UPS

  • USPS shipments → file with USPS

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package must be reshipped, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Returns

30-Day Returns

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The original product tag must still be attached

  • The item must be in its original condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges to help you get the right setup.

To complete an exchange:

  • Return the original item (customer pays return shipping)

  • If the new item is higher in price, pay the difference

  • If the new item is lower in price, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Built to Last Guarantee (5-Year Limited Warranty) page for assistance.
